Body&Soul Festival have revealed the first part of their line-up for this year’s Summer Solstice festival weekend.

The multi-award winning festival is celebrating five years on the Irish festival scene and this year’s headliners Goldfrapp are joining them for the weekend. The band have promised stunning visuals and explosive beats at this year’s bash.

Described as ‘Canada’s compositional genius’ Caribou will add his 1960s pop to the mix and American singer-songwriter John Grant will treat festival-goers to tunes from both his award-winning albums.

Set against the backdrop of Ballinlough Castle in Co Westmeath, the festival have also revealed Darkside to be part of their line-up as well as Jon Hopkins, Portuguese dance music project Buraka Som Sistema, electronic duo Mount Kimbie, Californian native Nick Waterhouse, Cork duo Young Wonder, and more.

Family friendy festival Body&Soul will also continue their Masquerade Ball tradition this summer.

The line-up so far this year includes: Goldfrapp, Caribou, John Grant, Darkside, Jon Hopkins, Mount Kimbie, Buraka Som Sistema, Nick Waterhouse, East India Youth, Young Wonder, Jessy Lanza, King Kong Company
