Model Roz Purcell has once again quashed romance rumours with the singer.

THEIR relationship status is a hot topic, but model Rozanna Purcell has insisted she and Bressie are just friends.

Roz has rubbished claims that she introduced rocker Niall Breslin to her parents as her boyfriend.

Roz (22) said that Bressie has in fact never set foot in the Purcell abode in Tipperary.

"We're not together at all," she told the Herald. "He didn't visit my parents' house.

"I actually haven't ever brought any of my ex-boyfriends back to my family house.

"I remember I used to go out with my neighbour so he obviously knew my family.

"But I have never done that whole thing because I haven't had that many serious boyfriends.

"I am still single," she added.

"I don't really have that much time to have a boyfriend. I'm always modelling or training."

Roz and Bressie were first linked last year when they were spotted leaving a photocall together and enjoying a drink in trendy bar 37 Dawson Street.

Speculation over their relationship flared again earlier this year; Roz attended Slane this summer when Bressie was performing and both of them took part in the Cycle Against Suicide campaign.

But Roz is insistent they are just good friends.

"There were thousands of people on that campaign; PJ Gallagher, Colm Hayes, and 4,000 other people," Roz explains. "We're just friends."

And the slim brunette says she's happy without a man in her life.

"It's not like I'm lonely, I'm always around people -- my friends, family, people on shoots or my bike trainer."

Roz, who was talking at the launch of Londis's Little Gem campaign, says she pays no attention to gossip and never discusses the rumours with Bressie.

"I just ignore it; if you get caught up in it it's just going to make it worse," she said.

"I don't pay it that much attention -- I've got pretty good at that.

"I haven't spoken to Bressie about the stories because it happens to lots of people. You just have to focus on other things."

Last week, the chatty model's phone was stolen out of her hand and she says she enjoyed the unique experience of being out of reach.

"I've got a new phone," she said. "But it's actually been good having no contact for a few days -- now I turn off the phone at 6pm."
