Chapter One cookbook reveals all
AFTER 21 years in business, award-winning restaurant Chapter One has decided to unveil the secret of its success in a new cookbook.
Michelin-starred chef Ross Lewis and front-of-house favourite Martin Corbett hosted a star-studded launch for their new book 'Chapter One: An Irish Food Story', which includes the recipes for 90 of its signature dishes.
Mr Lewis told the Irish Independent that the 12-month project was worth every minute.
"We're a restaurant of the people, it's about the congregation not the church, so to give up recipes and old favourites was important to me."
The book, which has been nominated in 'The Avonmore Cookbook of the Year' category at this year's Bord Gais Energy Irish Book Awards, was officially launched by Senator David Norris.
