Thankfully it's called Penneys in Ireland...
The pronunciation of 'Primark' is the subject of hot debate in the UK right now.
Penneys' British incarnation has divided the nation with some opting to call it 'Pree-mark' while others prefer 'Pr-eye-mark'.
In Ireland most people tend to call it the former, but is it correct?

Well Primark has answered the burning question. On their website they state, "We like to use Pr-Eye-Mark".
