Mark McConville

Bad Bobs in Temple Bar, Dublin serve the hottest wings in Ireland with their sauce measuring an eye-watering 5-7 million scoville units.

To put this into perspective, the hottest chilli in the world, the Bhut jolokia ‘Ghost Chili’ measures over a million units.

They are so hot, you have to wear plastic gloves to ensure they don't come into contact with your skin.
