Irish YouTuber Riyadh K has filmed an interaction with a childhood 'bully' for his latest video.

In a video promoting an anti-bullying campaign, Irish radio presenter Riyadh K spoke to his "childhood bully" about how he made him feel when he was younger.

The 'bully', it turns out, hadn't realised his teasing had had a lifelong effect on Riyadh.

"I didn't realise that... I didn't intend for that at all".

He said that the interactions were just a result of the school environment, and not aimed to hurt as deeply as they did.

"I don't think there was ever a conscious thing... you were there at the time".

"We slagged you about being gay but there could have been someone else... that, like, 'oh he has stupid hair'...  it's just a point you pick on".

"You gotta slag someone, you know what I mean?".

The two reconcile at the end of the conversation with Riyadh asking, "do you think it's possible for two people to be friends after"?, to which he replies "until this phone call I thought we were cool anyway!"

"Like I said, I'm really sorry... I didn't know. I feel bad about it now".
