An awkward video of Kellyanne Conway doing stand-up comedy and singing has resurfaced.

Before Kellyanne Conway was President Donald Trump's advisor, she was Kellyanne Fitzpatrick, a pollster and apparently an aspiring stand-up comedian.

This week, a video has emerged of Conway performing a stand-up set at a charity event in 1998, titled DC's Funniest Celebrity Charity Event.

The 11-minute set sees Conway joke about lawyers, being a "pundette," why she's wearing a cast on her leg, as well as making several ill-advised comments about child abuse.

“Everyone is wondering about my leg … I’m like, well, everyone heard I was going to be in this comedy show and they said ‘Kellyanne, break a leg!’ And so I did,” she said, as a faint laugh is heard in the audience.

“And you think blondes are dumb.”

The stand-out moment of the cringe-worthy set, however, is when she breaks into song for the grand finale and dons a red feather boa.
