VIDEO: Got the heebie-jeebies yet? Field full of silent kangaroos stare down cyclist

Kangaroo Newsdesk Newsdesk

This footage could give you shivers as it shows how a park full of silent kangaroos stared down a cyclist as he goes past.

The footage was shot by a man named Ben Vezina as he cycled through Hawkstone Park on the outskirts of Melbourne in Australia.

Ben shot the footage as the large group of kangaroos stared blankly at him and hopped around without making a sound.

Eastern grey kangaroos aren't known to attack people so Ben felt comfortable cycling near them alone at dusk. But he did say their creepy behaviour scared him a little.

"This has been a really unnerving experience," Ben says during the footage.

"Look at them all just standing there. Should I be going down here?"

"I'm going to be honest, I'm a little terrified."

If that wasn't scary enough, the description on the video might make you think something happened to Ben:

"We promise Ben is safe and we kangaroos don't know how to type, even if there is lots of blood on the phone."

Something seems suspicious...
