This Irish man went to great lengths to get into a pub in Australia
This Irish man wasn't letting anything stop him from getting into the pub at the weekend.
Ruairi Brannigan, from Co Down, headed to An Sibin Irish Pub in Perth for a few drinks on Sunday, but he had a bit of a problem with getting in.
This was because he was wearing flip flops, which are against the pub's dress code.
However, Ruairi improvised and came up with a way that he could get into the pub without having to go home first - by going to a nearby shop and buying a pair of women's pumps.
A photo of Ruairi in the dainty shoes was shared to the pub's Facebook page, with people taking to the comments to praise his dedication to the "Sunday sesh."
"When you really wanna get into the pub but you have thongs (flip flops) on," reads the post.
"Things people do for the Sunday sesh."
Following Ruairi's show of dedication, now no excuses we make for not going out coming up to Christmas will be valid!
