A musician has expressed his displeasure with his airline company through song, after they lost his precious guitar.

According to US musician 'American Opera',  his guitar was lost by his airline company "on my way to record my new album" and, as of time of going to print, the company "has not replaced it."

The musician wrote the short ditty to express his upset at the loss, adding "please consider buying this song on iTunes so I can afford a new guitar!"

On his Facebook page he joked "My plan right now is to sell enough copies of this new album to buy US Airways and then give every passenger a free guitar."

He can't be too angry, though - the YouTube video of the song has racked up over 14,000 views since it was posted and has already been shared by several media organisations, giving him free publicity for the aforementioned new album.

Warning - strong language.
