Irish Mental Health organisation Spun Out is looking to turn the 'selfie' phenomenon into a positive campaign for Mental Health.

'Selfie' was the word of 2013 and SpunOut want to use that notoriety to spread a positive message.

SpunOut is part of the 2014 'First Fortnight' Mental Health music and arts festival and the #SpunOutSelfie is part of their campaign.

The instructions are simple. Jot down a positive message about mental health on a piece of paper, and take a 'selfie' with the paper. Pull your best pose of 'duck face' and upload to Instagram, Facebook or Twitter with the hashtag #SpunOutSelfie (and #FFfest14).
