A Galway pub has implemented a “no shifting” rule

We all know the struggle of trying to make an order at the bar while attempting to lean over an otherwise occupied couple - and staff at a Galway pub have clearly had enough.

A sign has been put up in Roisin Dubh on Dominick Street, Galway asking pub-goers to wait until they’ve ordered their drinks before locking lips.

“No shifting at the bar please – sound,” reads the sign, which was shared to the pub’s Facebook page.

That’ll tell ‘em.
