'I think I'm in with a chance?!' - Annie Lennox shares hilarious letter from radio PR who thinks she's an unknown new artist
Annie Lennox has shared a hilarious letter she received from an LA radio station PR who thinks she's an unknown artist with 'potential' and offers to give her air time.
Scottish singer/songwriter Lennox (62) has been enjoying massive success since the 1970s, most notably with Eurythmics, which she formed with David Stewart in the 80s.
She has also had a phenomenally successful solo career and been named one of the 100 Greatest Singers of All Time by Rolling Stone.
However, Kylie from an unspecified LA Radio station is seemingly unaware of that fact.
"I came across your music on line and really like what I heard!" begins her letter to the legend that is Annie Lennox.
"I'm the New Music Coordinator for a station that has over 100,000 unique listeners each month.

"I find artists who I think have potential and get them in rotation on our station. If you'd like please send over the MP3 for your latest single. I'll forward it to Glenn our program director here at *** to see if he's interested in putting it in rotation."
We're pretty sure Glenn would be interested.
Kylie continues, "Also, what sort of support campaign do you have going for your single (press, video, licensing, etc)? I only ask because we are connected to an artist development firm that can also get you onto 150 radio stations worldwide and provide support for press, video, retail and licensing."
It gets even better...
"The best part is, if they really like your music, they'll cover all of hte marketing expenses. You can check them out at *****. Please let them know Kylie referred you and you should be in."
Lennox shared the letter with the caption, "I think I'm in with a chance ??!!!".
We're pretty sure poor Kylie will never live this down...
