Irish illustrator 'Twisted Doodles' went viral this weekend for a very clever Irish language pun in one of her illustrations.

The piece featured a doodled dinosaur wearing a ribbon and bow, with the accompanying text 'what dinosaur lives in the present?  - A Bronntanasauras'.

The picture was posted to Reddit Ireland where it quickly rose to the top, before being featured on the Facebook and Twitter pages of Irish language media like Radió RiRa.

Artist Maria Boyle has previously spoken out about proper crediting of work when shared on social media, after website Grammerly posted one of her cartoons without credit.

Her cartoons cover subjects like Irish-isms, new parenthood and everyday situations like the rental crisis in Dublin.
