Kraft Foods hires Irishman James Kehoe as CFO at the $37bn firm
Kraft Foods Group has said it hired James Kehoe as its chief financial officer.
He is currently CFO at Canadian clothes maker Gildan Activewear and is returning to the food giant with a market capitalisation of $37bn.
A graduate of NUI Galway and UCD, Kehoe, he had spent more than two decades at Kraft, the owner of Cadbury, before joining Gildan, and was the Canadian company's CFO for less than two months.
"Kraft is the company where I've built my career, and I'm excited to rejoin at such a critical time and partner again with many of the talented colleagues I know so well," said Mr Kehoe. "I look forward to working with John, our finance team and the rest of management to drive Kraft's strategy and performance as we focus on sustainable, profitable growth."
Kraft announced changes to several top jobs last week, two months after Chairman John Cahill took over as chief executive from Tony Vernon.
