Joining the workforce: Japanese students eager to start job-hunting

Japan's jobless rate held at 4pc in October, and the number of positions on offer for every 100 people seeking work rose to 98, the highest level since 2007 – a sign of tightening in the job market that could put upward pressure on wages.
