Samsung is rolling out the Android Marshmallow update to Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge owners right now in South Korea.

Those with a Samsung Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 Edge have had to make do with Android Lollipop since their release, but will soon get their hands on Android Marshmallow.

Both handsets are getting Android Marshmallow right now, according to some based in South Korea. There's no word as to when Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge owners elsewhere will be getting the update.

Don't hold your breath though; once Samsung announces a rollout, it can take some time for network providers to roll out the software themselves. There's also no word as to when Galaxy S6 Edge+ and Galaxy Note 5 owners will get to try out Marshmallow for themselves.

Meanwhile, Samsung announced that it will unveil the Galaxy S7 on February 21st.
