Quantum Break is already out on the Xbox One and it was supposed to be available at the same time on PC but there is a short delay

The over the top spectacle and story smashup which is Quantum Break is out (read our review), bringing a live action TV show, time travelling nonsense and some famous faces right onto your telly box. At least if you're on Xbox One...

The game was originally planned as an Xbox One exclusive and it has successfully launched on the platform but it was also more recently revealed to be arriving at the same time for the PC platform. That's part of the arrangement between the developers and Microsoft, who are publishing the game, and a way to reinforce the importance of Windows 10 gaming in the future. You'll even be able to save the game on your Xbox One and continue on the PC, which sounds like a very neat feature indeed.

However, things haven't quite worked out that way - at least not yet. At the time of writing the PC version of Quantum Break isn't yet available. The latest word from the official Twitter account goes like this:

Now this doesn't sound like a major delay of any sort but it could be a disappointment for anyone who took time off work to make sure they could play the game in the prettiest way possible on Windows 10. Make sure to stay tuned for a tweet as soon as its ready to play.
