The free PlayStation Plus games for April 2016 have been revealed, and there's plenty to like in this collection

PlayStation Plus continues to be a great way to get a bunch of games for free every month, as well as access to discounts and online multiplayer.

The titles for April have just been announced and they're definitely aimed at action fans. PS4 players will get Dead Star (which is a spacey shooty thing) and Zombi (which is a rehash of the Wii U only undead-a-thon).

You also get two free games for PlayStation 3 which this month includes I Am Alive and Savage Moon. That's a lot of survival horror for your yearly subscription, and it's great to see the older console still being supported. Speaking of which, each month also brings a couple of games to the PlayStation Vita (remember that!?) and this time around it's A Virus Named Tom and Shutshimi. That last game features a delicious combination of Fish, Muscles and Guns!

These games will launch on the 5th of April 2016.
