Far Cry Primal still had enough juice in its second week to see off any rivalry from the Twilight Princess HD reissue

Far Cry Primal may not be the best reviewed game in the series yet but it still had enough energy in its second week to see off chart competition in the form of Nintendo's re-released The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess HD.

Primal is going fairly strong into its third week, with the PC version also just launched it's likely to hang around for a while yet. It's likely to face its biggest challenge from Ubisoft stablemate The Division, which is out on consoles on the 8th of March. Twilight Princess at no 2 is a pretty great position for a remaster of a game that came out a decade ago which is only appearing on a single console.

Elsewhere in the top 10 gaming chart we find Garden Warfare 2, Black Ops 3, FIFA 16 and old favourite GTA V. The other new entry is the double pack of Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls - new versions of the Quantic Dream titles from 2010 and 2013. They're shiny but still pretty weird as games go.

1. Far Cry Primal 2. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD 3. Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 4. Call of Duty: Black Ops III 5. FIFA 16 6. LEGO Marvel’s Avengers 7. Grand Theft Auto V, 8. Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls Collection 9. Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege 10. Forza Motorsport 6
