Pebble announced the Pebble Time Round, its thinnest and lightest smartwatch that might also be its most fashionable. The watch is available to pre-order.
Pebble announced its first round-faced smartwatch, the Pebble Time Round.
Pebble cofounder Eric Migicovsky took to the stage at TechCrunch Disrupt on Wednesday to unveil the smartwatch. He said that the design is meant to appeal to people looking for a “classic kind of watch look."
The $249 Pebble Time Round is the thinnest and lightest smartwatch that Pebble has managed to make. To trim precious millimetres, Pebble has had to make sacrifices. While the Pebble Time Steel lasts up to 10 days between charges, you’ll get just two days from the Pebble Time Round.
To make up for that, the battery charges very quickly. Pebble says that it takes just 15 minutes to ensure that your watch can last a full 24 hours.
The Pebble Time Round is now available to pre-order from Pebble’s website.
