Ask Adrian: A quick guide to electric bikes

Question I had a heart attack last year. It scared me a lot and I’ve been reluctant to do much exercise since. I want to get out a bit more and I’ve been thinking about getting an electric bike as something that wouldn’t be too energetic but which would let me do some light exercise. I don’t really know where to begin, though. Any advice would be appreciated. — Gerard O’Loughlin
