Leinster's emphatic Champions Cup victory was especially sweet after the company logo was emblazoned on the match jerseys at the RDS after winning the 'Sponsor for a Day' competition.
The online accounting software firm won the Bank of Ireland competition and it was the ideal match to showcase the Irish company as Leinster cruised to a seven tries victory against Castres at the RDS.
Matt O'Connor's men sizzled in the RDS ice box in front of 18,018 fans and the rampaging men in blue had the required bonus point sewn up by the break.
In all they scored seven tries from Dave Kearney, Marty Moore, Eoin Reddan, Sean Cronin, Tadhg Furlong, Darragh Fanning and Luke McGrath with Ian Madigan adding the rest from his boot.
Group Marketing Director Independent Newspapers, Geoff Lyons spoke about the impact the Bank of Ireland “Sponsor for a Day” competition will have on winners Big Red Cloud.
"It’s a massive European game and for a small company to be involved in that process is an amazing thing for their business, I hope he has his servers ready because the hits to his site will be phenomenal," he said.
Their CEO Marc O'Dwyer played for Leinster at U-16 and U-20 level, and his dad Jerry also played for Leinster, winning his first cap against Munster in 1954.
