Back-Up is endorsed by more than 155 chartered physiotherapists nationwide and supports the Government's primary care strategy to deliver care in the community by providing fast access to a personalised and tailored treatment programme for members who suffer from strong discomfort and pain in the back and neck.

The Back-Up service -- available now -- offers fast access to a personalised rehabilitation plan for Aviva members who develop severe pain or suffer flare-ups.

Customers can ring 1890 717 717 and reach a dedicated clinical case manager, who conducts a triage over the phone, offering practical advice and support.
