Managing Director, Pfizer Healthcare Ireland
Paul Reid has been appointed managing director of Pfizer Healthcare Ireland, the largest investor and employer in the Irish biopharmaceutical sector.
Paul will be responsible for the performance of Pfizer's commercial subsidiary in Ireland, which operates six sites covering manufacturing, shared services, treasury and commercial operations.
Paul has more than 18 years of pharmaceutical experience, 12 of which have been at Pfizer where he has held a number of different roles in sales and marketing, including sales director, head of learning and development, and marketing director.
Prior to joining Pfizer, Paul spent two years at Aventis Pharma as product manager and before this he worked at both Nutricia Ireland and Rowa Pharmaceuticals. He has a BA in Science Management from TCD and a Marketing degree from Dublin Institute of Technology.
