Agency's ad a good year: Profits soar at TBWA Dublin
The creative advertising agency behind some of Ireland's best-known ads last year booked a 76pc increase in pre-tax profits to €1.27m.
New accounts show that the Dublin-based Cawley NEA Ltd, which trades as TBWA Dublin, enjoyed the profit hike after its revenues went up by 15pc to €14.65m.
The company paid out a dividend of €2m last year and - in a post balance sheet event - paid out an additional €1.2m in dividends in June.
TBWA, part of the US-headquartered Omnicom Group, purchased a majority stake in Cawley NEA in 2002.

The agency has produced eye-catching campaigns for Bank of Ireland, Jameson whiskey, SuperValu, Laya Healthcare and the SEAI, among others.
TBWA Dublin's workforce increased by 11 to 61 last year.
