Thousands of people around the world are taking part in the Global Talent Survey and Irish jobseekers are being invited to join them.

The survey is collecting information on jobs, qualifications, mobility and new ways of working and hopes to provide a unique snapshot of the international labour market.

The research is being conducted by the Boston Consulting Group and The Network, an international partnership of leading recruitment websites. Ireland’s number one recruitment website, IrishJobs.ie is Ireland’s representative.

Orla Moran, General Manager of IrishJobs.ie, comments:

“The world is connected like it has never been before and the growth in talent mobility is set to increase exponentially in the coming years. This research will shed light on the changes and opportunities available to the global workforce and will also highlight skills hotspots and shortages around the world. We are hoping that Irish jobseekers will join with candidates from other countries and participate in this valuable research.”

The Global Talent Survey is open until the middle of March. People who complete the survey can enter a draw to win a travel voucher. There are ten vouchers worth $1,000 each (approximately €800) to be won. To take part click here.
