Cork company Crest Solutions wins €40,000 prize in Payback Competition

Little Island engineering and software company beats off competition from 68 entries from across Ireland.

Cork-based Crest Solutions has won the top prize of €40,000 in’s ‘Payback Competition’.

The competition, which saw submissions from over 68 companies across the country, asked entrants to outline how a recent hire through had helped to improve and grow their business.

Frank Madden, founder of Crest Solutions, a leader in engineering and software development that employs 87 people, said that hiring a dedicated trainer through had helped the business invest in continuous professional development and has positioned the company for continued growth.

"As a direct result of the hire, we were able to transform our internal and external training capabilities with a dedicated programme. Our team and customers now benefit from highly focused skillsets, specific training and Subject Matter Experts as standard when working with Crest Solutions," he said.
