Bulmers owner announces changes to its board of directors
Bulmers owner C&C has announced a number of changes to its board of directors.
Jill Caseberry and Helen Pitcher have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the board, with effect from today.
Jim Thompson has been appointed as independent non-executive director, with effect from March 1st.
Ms Caseberry has previously held sales, marketing and general management roles in a number of companies including Mars, PepsiCo and Premier Foods.
Meanwhile Ms Pitcher is currently chair of the advisory board and chair of the remuneration committee of Pladis Global and a non-executive director of a Pladis Global subsidiary, United Biscuits.
While Mr Thompson has over 30 years’ investment management experience in the US, UK and Canada and is currently managing principal at Kingfisher Single Family Office.
The board has also confirmed the appointment of Mark Chilton as Company Secretary and group General Counsel.
Elsewhere and Joris Brams, Geoffrey Hemphill and Richard Holroyd will be stepping down from the board on February 28th, May 1st and May 31st respectively.
