More than 130 paintings, prints, sculptures and photographs from the former Anglo Irish Bank are to go under the hammer in Dublin.
Adams Auctioneers in St Stephen's Green is handling the sale on behalf of the special liquidators of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC). The auction house hopes to bring in at least €150,000 in total from all 132 lots.
The painting expected to fetch the highest bid is 'Basket and Vessels' by Stephen McKenna, which it is thought will bring in about €8,000.
