Fashion model Yomiko Chen was inspired by her family's own broth recipes when she and husband, Iain Conway, started their Japanese restaurant, The Ramen Bar, in Dublin.

With the South William Street outlet, like much of the industry, closed until June 29, the couple this week launched a delivery alternative - a €25 'dinner in three minutes' Ramen pack that feeds two.

The home delivery packs contain fresh ingredients and step-by-step instructions on how to assemble the Ramen, right down to Yomiko's top tip: "Eat immediately so the noodles don't go soft and don't be afraid to slurp."
