Up to €500,000 expected for convent school on 6.8 acres

A convent and boarding school in Bruff, Co Limerick, is for sale.

The joint agents GVA Donal O Buachalla and Rooney Auctioneers are expecting it may sell for a price in the region of €350,000 to €500,000.

Ard Scoil Mhuire sits on a 6.77-acre site and it contains a number of buildings including a peaceful chapel, commercial kitchen, large imposing dining hall,a study hall and sports/concert hall.

There are numerous dormitories, classrooms, science laboratories, computer and woodwork rooms, cloakrooms and offices.
