UP to 40 jobs will be created by a consulting group which has just opened its Irish headquarters in Dublin.

Amaris, which specialises in technologies and management, wants to fill the posts within the next three years.

The company, which already employs more than 1,200 people across over 40 countries in Europe, North America and Asia, supports innovative enterprises in their R&D activities and the implementation of new information systems.

Its new Dublin base will offer its services to local and international companies in the information and communication technologies (ICT), banking, pharmaceutical, as well as the telecommunications sectors.

“There is an exceptional talent pool here for our activity sector, which is a key factor for supporting and reinforcing the group’s presence in Ireland,” said managing director Xavier de Bustos, who has worked in Ireland for 13 years.

“Joining Amaris is a great opportunity for me to take part in the expansion of a company that has very promising growth perspectives here.”
