Two pubs, one in Dublin and the other in Co Meath, have been brought to the market this week with prices ranging from €220,000 to €1.3m.

Its gross internal floor area of 368sqm accommodates a traditional style public bar on the ground floor with a late bar/lounge bar at the rear.
Another lounge is located at first floor level and it has an outside smoking area. The Athboy pub is being sold on the instructions of Gerry McInerney, receiver McInerney Saunders.
Tony Morrissey of agents Morrisseys says the property would suit a first- time purchaser of a bar and he has set November 7 as the deadline for offers.
