Total Produce rings the changes on board
Fruit and vegetable distribution giant Total Produce has announced a number of changes to its board.
Frank Gernon and Jerome Kennedy will retire from the board ahead of the group's AGM next year.
Meanwhile, Helen Nolan will join the board as a non-executive director this July.
Ms Nolan is a senior executive and company secretary for Bank of Ireland. She is a non-executive director of Our Lady's Hospice and chaired the audit committee of the Department of Agriculture for a number of years.
"I join the board in extending to Frank and Jerome our sincerest appreciation for their dedication and commitment. Their valuable contributions have added greatly to the success of Total Produce," said Total chairman Carl McCann.
He added that the board was "very pleased" Ms Nolan was joining the group.
