Ireland's tightening labour market has meant that some employers are finding it increasingly difficult to source a relevant workforce.

The latest official CSO figures have revealed that our unemployment rate has fallen to 7.1pc - its lowest level in eight years.
Furthermore, challenges around the availability of housing and the cost of living have been raised as potential barriers to highly skilled employees considering moving to Ireland.
“As the country’s unemployment rate falls, Irish employers may find it increasingly difficult to find skilled employees," Indeed EMEA economist Mariano Mamertino said.
"Our data provides a clear view of where talent bottlenecks are starting to emerge. Ensuring that Ireland is an attractive destination for skilled workers must be a key focus for government as the economy continues to strengthen.
“Despite the uncertainties posed by Brexit, employers in Ireland continue to deliver job opportunities," he added.
Indeed's data shows the top 10 roles that were hardest to fill last year, that is, those which take more than 60 days to fill.
Given that Dublin is one of Europe's leading tech hubs, roles in the tech sector naturally feature regularly on the list.
