Three Irish tech firms unite under new Paradyn brand as part of €250K investment
Exigent Networks, Irish Telecom and Netforce are joining forces as one united technology group as part of a €250,000 investment.
Newly integrated Paradyn is the first of its kind in Ireland, bringing managed IT, security, network and business connectivity providers together under one umbrella.
Cillian McCarthy, Paradyn’s chief executive officer said that by merging the three standalone businesses under a single brand, the group now has a larger customer base, greater expertise and a stronger position for expansion in the Irish and UK markets.
"We can concentrate marketing resources into promoting one brand and achieve synergies by deepening the great customer relationships that our businesses have. The back-office integration has already happened so that today’s customer facing switch-on will be seamless," he said.
The €250,000 investment includes the rebrand, new customer and business operations systems, and staff integration and cross-training for first line engineers.
Under the new rebrand, the company intends to make life simpler for the customer and provide the most effective technical expertise on one place.
"Think of the complexity of managing desktop PCs and servers in a multi-site organisation; with cloud services, back-ups and security, Office 365, broadband connectivity, and unified communications systems," said Mr McCarthy.
"We bring all of this together in a properly thought-out and more secure end-to-end solution."
Bringing the three teams together, Paradyn now employs 40 people across its offices in Dublin and Cork.
