Ryanair has posted a 28pc jump in March traffic, carrying 6.67m passengers last month.
The airline's load factor, the extent to which planes were full, jumped by 10pc to 90pc.
Rolling annual traffic to the end of the month was up by 11pc compared to the same period last year to 90.5m customers.
Chief marketing officer Kenny Jacobs said the figures were partly due to lower fares and the airline's "Always Getting Better" campaign, which chief executive Michael O'Leary has described as "being nicer to customers".
He added that customers can “look forward to further service enhancements” as the company looks to continue rolling out the second year of its improved customer service campaign.
He said this would include features such as a new website and app, new cabin interiors and reduced airport fees.
