Ryanair traffic grows 12pc to 10.6 million customers
Traffic at Ryanair increased by 12pc in May, increasing to 10.6 million customers.
Load factor at the airline increased by 2pc to 94pc with year on year rolling traffic increasing by 16pc to 108.5 million.
Ryanair's Kenny Jacobs was pleased by the company's growth in the month.
"These record monthly numbers and load factors were delivered, at lower fares, despite the ongoing disruptions being caused by ATC strikes in France, as lower fares and the continuing success of our “Always Getting Better” customer experience programme continue to deliver even more great value for our customers.
"Ryanair customers can look forward to more improvements, as part of Year 3 of our “Always Getting Better” programme, which includes even lower fares, more new routes, new digital features and new cabin interiors, as Ryanair continues to deliver the lowest fares and the most on time flights in Europe," Mr Jacobs said.
