Westport, Co Mayo native property investor Kenny (82) and his family own significant assets in Dublin's city centre particularly around Earlsfort Terrace, Harcourt Street, Hatch Street. Tenants include Arthur Cox, Dropbox and Aviva. A recent company restructuring revealed just how well it survived the crash; it was one of very few property firms to do so. The business has more than doubled in value, from €200m, since 2015. It is now majority-owned by Kenny's five children with he and his wife, Margaret, owning just under 5pc of the new holding company, Meadowbrook Heights. Sons Conor and Kevin manage the group, which also owns the Crescent Shopping Centre.
