Roscommon man Sean Mulryan is very active in the Irish property market once again. He exited Nama at the end of last year after paying off a debt of around 3bn — most of his borrowings had come from Irish banks during the boom. He has partnered with Singaporean fund Oxley on a big mixed use development in the Docklands, and has also expressed an interest in the infamous Glass Bottle site in Ringsend. Mulryan began his working life as a trainee with AnCO and built his company Ballymore from modest beginnings.
