Brothers Peter (61), James (56) and John (64) Mullen set up the Thomas Pink shirt-making firm in 1984. It was later sold to luxury brands giant, LVMH, for a reputed 75m. Peter then revived the Hunter Wellington boot brand, making it into a festival must-have. He rolled over part of his 18.2pc shareholding when it was sold to Searchlight Capital for 120m in 2011.
