Shankill-based Jim Flavin was pushed out of DCC, the company he had founded in 1976, following an insider dealing probe that went nowhere.
Since moving its primary listing to FTSE, DCC's share price has gone turbo. Flavin's 3.13pc stake is now worth €175m. He was highly paid and has earned more than €24m in dividends more than the last decade.
