Former newspaper photographer Kennelly (55) is an irrepressible entrepreneur. After selling his photo archive business Stockbyte for €110m, he's aiming to disrupt and transform the printing and design sector with his Tweak venture, which provides small businesses with an online one-stop-shop for marketing and advertising material.

He's already pumped €25m of his own money into it. The Killorglin-based Kennelly's investment portfolio also includes a chunk of a swish Dublin restaurant Zaragoza and some property punts including a stake in a conference centre in Sitges, Spain and a holiday home resort in Bantry.
