Gerry Barry (71) was one of the pioneers of FinTech in Ireland.

The former Fexco executive and his family earned €119m including a big earn-out when they sold their Galway-based Fintrax company to private equity outfit Exponent for €170m in 2012. The business was flipped again last year for €585m.
