No, not the rock star.

UK-based plastics industrialist Rea has built up Aes into the world's largest mechanical seal company. He owns 60pc of the Rotherham-based firm, having sold 40pc to 3i in a deal that valued the business at €120m nearly 10 years ago. Profits have raced ahead since then, hitting €33m last year. Around €6.4m in dividends were paid out over the last two years. The Down-born Rea bought a 9pc stake in AIM-listed medical devices group Surgical Innovations.
