Recent Stillorgan lettings signal demand for space

CB RICHARD Ellis have brought two more industrial/retail outlets to the market at Stillorgan Industrial Park in Dublin 18, following the letting of two other units recently.

The Furniture Liquidator has taken a short-term lease on Unit 29, Spruce Avenue.

Production Services Ireland has signed a five-year lease for Unit T24, Rowan Avenue which extends to approximately 511sqm.

Meanwhile, two units, 22 and 25 Spruce Avenue, which extend to 622 and 595sqm respectively are available for rent ranging from €40,000 to €45,000 per annum respectively.

Patrick Cormican of CBRE says the interest in both T24 Rowan Avenue and 29 Spruce Avenue reflects demand for quality industrial space in the area.
