Receiver offers unit on Cork Street for sale/rent
Receivers at Mazars are offering a high-profile retail unit, beside a Lidl supermarket on Cork Street, Dublin 8, for sale for €250,000 or to rent for €30,000 a year on flexible lease terms. The retail unit at Cameron Court extends to 230sqm.
The agents Hooke & MacDonald have recently let an adjoining 200sqm unit to a specialist Polish Food store operator and say that the last remaining available retail unit would be suitable for a variety of uses, including hair / beauty, dry cleaners / launderette, ethnic food store and hot food use.
It would also suit service uses such as medical or office use. A rent-free period is available to established retailers.

Hooke & MacDonald say they have successfully sold 11 of the remaining apartments on a phased basis over the past 9-12 months.
