Receiver aims for €600k from 72 acres

KPMG receiver Kieran Wallace is seeking offers of around €600,000 for a 72 acre parcel of farming land at Tullydonnell, Grangebellew, Co Louth. Lisney agent Ross Shorten says that the non-residential property would be of interest to both farmers and individuals.

"It has potential for a dwelling house, subject to planning permission," he adds.

ACCBank appointed Mr Wallace to the lands which were owned by Louth businessman Frank Tiernan. As well as benefiting from an elevated position, the lands have 35m of frontage on the Annagassan Road, to the northwest of Keenan's Crossroads, a rural area about 15km north of Drogheda, 5km from Clogherhead and 5km from Dunleer.

It is only 30 minutes drive from the M50 Motorway.
