Ray's goal is to find tenant for premises
Former Irish soccer international Ray Treacy is seeking a tenant or purchaser for his premises at Store St, Dublin 1.
The move comes following his retirement from the travel business which was itself a major player in the sports travel market at the height of the world cup campaigns of Jack Charlton and Mick McCarthy's squads.
Estate agent Arthur Ryan is quoting a rent of €26,000 per annum for the Store St premises and says that Ray would also consider offers for the freehold.
Located facing Bus Aras and convenient to the Luas, Connolly Station and the International Financial Services Centre, the property offers 802sq ft at ground floor and a 250sq ft basement.
The property is next to Isaac's Hotel which also occupies two floors overhead of the Treacy property.
